1. Acceptance / स्वीकृति

By using E-Maalkhana ("the System"), you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Consent Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the System.

ई-मालखाना का उपयोग करके आप इन टर्म्स, प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी और कंसेंट नोटिस से सहमत होते हैं। सहमत नहीं हैं तो सिस्टम का उपयोग न करें।

2. Ownership & development / मालिक और डेवलपर

The System is for official use by the Uttar Pradesh Police (Data Fiduciary / owner for the deploying unit). Software is built and maintained by Vinkura Innovations Network Pvt Ltd ("Vinkura AI"). Control of police data and user accounts stays with UP Police / the deploying unit.

यह सिस्टम उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस के आधिकारिक उपयोग के लिए है। सिस्टम में मौजूद पुलिस डेटा और उपयोगकर्ता खातों का नियंत्रण UP Police / तैनात इकाई के पास रहता है। सॉफ़्टवेयर को Vinkura Innovations Network Pvt Ltd ("Vinkura AI") द्वारा विकसित और संचालित किया जाता है।

3. Who may use it / कौन उपयोग कर सकता है

Only authorised UP Police personnel (and others expressly allowed by competent authority) may use the System for official maalkhana work. Login details are personal — do not share them.

केवल उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस के अनुमति प्राप्त कर्मी (और विभाग द्वारा साफ़ अनुमति पाए यूज़र) मालखाना के सरकारी काम के लिए सिस्टम उपयोग कर सकते हैं। लॉगिन डिटेल व्यक्तिगत हैं — इन्हें किसी से साझा न करें।

4. Your responsibilities / आपकी ज़िम्मेदारियाँ

• Use the System only for lawful official work.
• Keep passwords and devices safe; report any suspected misuse at once.
• Enter correct data; do not fake, delete, or change records except through authorised steps.
• Do not bypass access controls, test for weaknesses, or take data beyond your role.
• Follow police standing orders, CrPC/BNSS and related laws, and departmental IT/security rules.

केवल सही सरकारी काम के लिए उपयोग करें, पासवर्ड सुरक्षित रखें, सही डेटा दर्ज करें, और बिना अनुमति पहुँच या रिकॉर्ड में गलत बदलाव न करें।

5. Official records / सरकारी रिकॉर्ड

Entries, movement logs, audit trails, and documents in the System may count as official records. Unauthorised change or disclosure may lead to departmental and legal action.

सिस्टम में दर्ज एंट्री, मूवमेंट लॉग, ऑडिट रिकॉर्ड और दस्तावेज़ सरकारी रिकॉर्ड माने जा सकते हैं। बिना अनुमति बदलाव या खुलासा विभाग और कानून की कार्रवाई का कारण बन सकता है।

6. Availability & changes / उपलब्धता और बदलाव

The System may be updated, paused, or limited for maintenance, security, or administrative reasons. These Terms may change; continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.

रखरखाव, सुरक्षा या प्रशासनिक कारणों से सिस्टम अपडेट, बंद या सीमित किया जा सकता है। टर्म्स बदले जा सकते हैं; नोटिस के बाद उपयोग जारी रखना नए टर्म्स की सहमति माना जाएगा।

7. Limitation of liability / ज़िम्मेदारी की सीमा

To the extent allowed by law, operators are not liable for indirect loss from use or temporary unavailability, without affecting the statutory duties of public authorities.

कानून जितनी अनुमति देता है, उपयोग या अस्थायी रूप से सिस्टम बंद होने से होने वाले नुकसान के लिए सिस्टम चलाने वाले ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होंगे — सरकारी विभाग के कानूनी कर्तव्यों पर असर डाले बिना।

8. Privacy, rights & Board / प्राइवेसी, अधिकार और बोर्ड

How personal data is used is explained in the Privacy Policy and Consent Notice. For rights and withdrawing consent, see Privacy — Rights and Notice — Withdraw consent. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India (dpdpa-grievance.gov.in).

निजी डेटा का उपयोग प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी और कंसेंट नोटिस में बताया गया है। अधिकार और सहमति वापसी के लिए उन पेजों के संबंधित भाग देखें। DPDP के अधीन भारत के डेटा प्रोटेक्शन बोर्ड से भी शिकायत की जा सकती है।

9. Governing law / लागू कानून

These Terms follow the laws of India. Disputes fall under competent courts and authorities in Uttar Pradesh, unless law says otherwise.

ये टर्म्स भारत के कानूनों के अधीन हैं। विवाद, जब तक कानून अन्यथा न कहे, उत्तर प्रदेश की अदालतों / विभागों में तय होंगे।
